Shipping Policy We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse location that is closest to the customer or from the warehouse that has the ordered product available at the time of purchase. Our fulfillment warehouses are located in China and the United States. Estimated delivery times generally range from 7 to 14 business days depending on destination carrier availability customs processing and warehouse location. Shipping times are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors outside of our control including customs inspections carrier delays weather conditions or seasonal demand. Once an order has been shipped tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are accurate and complete.
